FlawlessKarat offers a 30-day warranty for all products. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will do everything we can to resolve the situation in order to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your FlawlessKarat purchase.
FlawlessKarat accepts merchandise for exchanges and refunds within 14 days of the date of purchase.
FlawlessKarat will accept returned merchandise for exchanges only. No refunds will be given.
All returned merchandise must be received in unworn, undamaged and in a condition fit for resale. FlawlessKarat cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged or modified in any way.
In all cases of exchanges or refunds, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless the product in question is received in defective or damaged condition.
All sales on discounted and clearance items are final.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All FlawlessKarat products (excluding watches) come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects.

Please note the lifetime warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be accepted if no manufacturer defects are found. We are not able to issue warranty replacements for discontinued items that are no longer in stock. Items on Sale will be final.

To submit a lifetime warranty replacement claim please send us message with the following:

  1. The original order number or email used to make the purchase
  2. Clear images that show the defect
  3. A description of the issue and any additional information to help us assist you

An approved lifetime warranty provides a like-for-like replacement with no exceptions.
