Returns

ICEBROS offers a 30-day warranty for all products. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will do everything we can to resolve the situation in order to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your ICEBROS purchase.
ICEBROS accepts merchandise for exchanges and refunds within 14 days of the date of purchase.
After 14 days ICEBROS will accept returned merchandise for exchanges only. No refunds will be given if ICEBROS receives returned merchandise after 14 days from the original date of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be received in unworn, undamaged and in a condition fit for resale. ICEBROS cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged or modified in any way.
In all cases of exchanges or refunds, customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless the product in question is received in defective or damaged condition.
